Checkout Page is Blank, Shortcode Not Working

All of a sudden our checkout page is blank after someone selects order now or buy now on our products.

We use the shortcode: [wp_eStore_cart_fancy1_when_not_empty]

I am not sure what to try.

I don’t want to use the ‘regular’ short code because we don’t want to redirect to the shop.

Please advise.

It seems like your site is running out of PHP RAM memory. How much PHP memory does this site have? Your hosting provider can answer this question for you.

Just click the buy now button, it should be adding to the cart, showing the checkout page – but the page is blank.

It was working fine before – I doubt it has anything to do with PHP RAM? They have already increased it before.

When I use the button on that page, I see the checkout page fine. Are you still having this issue?
