Checklist option in Custom Fields for Registration Form

I’d like to be able to create a custom field in the registration form that is a checklist with the user being able to check several options. Also, I’d like to be able to provide instructions on how to complete that field without having those as the Field Name. How can I accomplish this?

Hi, You cannot create one field containing many checkbox items but eMember allows the addition of individual checkbox items as well as dropdown boxes.
