Changing Membership Terms in eMember

Hi – if I change terms of a Membership Level (e.g. trial period or monthly subscription amount), will it affect existing members?

Hi,

When you change the subscription amount of your product only new subscribers will be affected. Existing customers will continue to pay the rate which specified at the time they made the purchase. PayPal doesn’t allow you to change the subscription price of an ongoing subscription in the middle.
