Changing h3 tags in WP Affiliate Platform

I want to brand my affiliate program as a “Partner Program.” Ideally, I’d like to find all instances of the word “affiliate” and change it to “partner,” but I can’t find anywhere in the files on the server where I can do this.

Any suggestions?
