Changing Display of Fancy Id 3 and 11 not showing up

I am currently using [wp_eStore_fancy1_no_thumbnail id=23] to display my products.

I want to use the Fancy 3 and 11

When i change fancy1 to fancy3 and fancy11 all i get is the

[wp_eStore_fancy3_no_thumbnail id=23] and [wp_eStore_fancy11_no_thumbnail id=23]

I’m not seeing the actual visual of the code.

What do I need to do?

Those sortcodes doesn’t have the “no_thumbnail” shortcode version.

There is another way to hide the thumbnail. Use the shortcode on a page and post the link to that page so we can inspect it. Then I will be able to give you a CSS tweak to hide the thumbnail.
