After a customer buys through a partner can I change the amount of money the partner receives? For example: a partner should receive a $ 10 commission, and I want to manually change to $ 5. And so it will look in his display as well.
Go to the commissions menu, manually delete the one you want changed; and then manually add a new one, with the desired/correct amount.
If the original commission was automatically awarded; the affiliate may have received an email stating a commission has been awarded, and they may have logged into the portal to “see” the original commission. The will not receive notification of any changes you made.
