Change text in Manual Checkout form builder addon

Hey TnT. We are Thrilled with our shopping cart.

I am using the Custom Manual Checkout Builder and I am wondering how/if/where i can edit the default text before the form:

“Please fill in the following details and hit Confirm Order to complete your order.”

I hunted everywhere, including the Builder’s php’s…
