Change default text on registration page after registering

I’ve just started using eMember and there’s one thing I’d like to change the text to. When I join the site on the registration page I am then greeted with the following message:

Please check your email and follow the link to complete the registration.

Is there any way of changing this text to read maybe “Please check your email and follow the link to complete the registration. Make sure to check your SPAM folder”

As all of my emails from the site seem to be going into my SPAM folder so I’m presuming that’ll be the case with other users.

I want to increase the size of the “Please check your email and follow the link to complete the registration” and the “The email address you are using is already taken!

Please choose a different email address” fonts.

Use the following technique to modify the file where the message comes from:

You can use the strong keyword to make it bold. Here is an example:
