I have 30, 90 and 180 day recurring subs within ccbill.
1. What happens if someone wants to cancel their sub? Ie 30 days recurring? Do they do it via ccbill or via me – ie contact me and I manually cancel it?
2. I also have all memberships set to ‘No Expiry or Until Cancelled’ so if someone cancels their 30 day recurring sub on day 20, they wont then magically stay subbed after day 30?
3. I also have multiple Premium member levels to ‘drip’ content (1-6months), would this have an effect if I used ‘expire after 31 days’, for example?

They must log into their CCBill account and cancel the subscription.

CCBill will notify eMember, when the subscription is cancelled, and eMember will take the appropriate action(s).

It depends. If they cancel, do you want them to still have access to what they already received; or do you want to shut them out entirely?

August 13, 2015 at 9:48 am #71105sm753MemberIm just trying test purchases in sandbox mode / using a ccbill test card
When clicking on Subscribe, it takes me direct to the ccbill payment form – despite setting it to ‘users must register an account before checking out’
How can someone create a premium membership after purchase?
It works the other way around – so someone on a free membership can pay for the premium membership

WP eStore –> Settings –> Addon Settings –> Only Logged In Members Can Checkout
When checked the plugin will not allow an anonymous user to continue shopping cart checkout unless the user logs in or registers for an account in eMember.
Subscription buttons do not use the shopping cart.
You can however, “simulate” the appearance of a button that only appears to logged in members:
[emember_protected scope=not_logged_in_users_only]
Display a dummy subscription message/button, saying they must first login.
[/emember_protected]
[emember_protected scope=verified_users_only do_not_show_restricted_msg=1]
Display the "real" subscription button.
[/emember_protected]See more usage details in our section protection documentation:

February 9, 2016 at 2:57 pm #71107sm753MemberHi,
Ive added a auto 25% off the shopping cart for premium members (those paying a monthly fee).
Does this 25% auto discount also apply to subscription prices?
Ie someone on a pay monthly subscription at $20pm couldnt then cancel and pay at $15pm just before their pay monthly sub ends?
Seeing as Subscription buttons do not use the estore shopping cart? I just want estore products to have 25% off, subscription prices to remain the same.
February 9, 2016 at 3:55 pm #71108wzpModeratorThe only way to offer coupon discounts with subscription buttons, is to use this eStore addon:
