Categories not linked to the products

Even though each product is assigned to a category, if I list the categories in the store, they are not linked to anything – the customer is not directed to a list of products from that category. Do I need to set up another level or page? I watched the videos and looked through the forums, but still not sure. Thank you

You just need to specify a page URL in the “Category Target URL” field of each category.

Then do create a new page for each category, with that url?

Yeah, please create a page and place the shortcode that can show all the products from a particular category. Now edit the category in question and use the URL of this page that you just created.
