When I empty the cart on my page its still showing. Also showing before people even put anything into it.

How do I fix this? I notice on your site the cart disappears when its empty.

    Thanks.

Hi, I believe you are using the shortcode that shows the cart all the time.

Please use the following shortcode and this should fix your problem:

    [wp_eStore_cart_when_not_empty]

Display the shopping cart on a post or page but the

cart is visible only when there are items in the cart

You can find a list of all the shortcodes here:

Thank you very much for this, it fixed my problem.

I am having another issue of where I am trying to get the person sent to another page with the check out, when the add to cart button is pressed. It is currently sending to the page that i put in the settings, but it isn’t adding the product to the cart.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

ps. is there a way to insert the plugins via wordpress itself, or i must type them out? thanks

Hmmm… Did you put the above shortcode on the checkout page? make sure you put a “S” in eStore also. Yes you will have to place the code where you want it to do there is no auto placement options. You can also copy and paste the shortcode from the list.
