Cart sizing problems, cart pushing down to bottom of page

Can someone please look at my store’s cart page and see why it is too large and pushing down on the page. I looked at the tipsandtricks checkout cart page and the cart is in a smaller space with sidebars active. You will need to add a product to the cart and scroll down on the http://bodywrapdistributing.com/your-cart/ page to see the problem.

It was the theme and it seems there are quite a few free themes that do not work Thanks so much for your quick response.
