    Hello.

The problem is exactly as described in the title.

When the Button Redirect Target URL is filled, the cart is showing empty even if I have added several products.

The redirection feature is actually the reason I bought this plugin.

Please help, as my client is getting anxious.

    Thank you,

    Zeta

Can you please send a link to where this is happening?

You are not using the “Button Redirect Target URL” feature correctly. Read the help text of this field and you will understand this. When you use this feature it doesn’t add the item to the cart. Instead it simply sends the user to the page you specified.

You can still do what you are trying to do but you will need to use the following feature for that:

Goody day, thank you for the answer. Is it possible to give you the link privately?

I understand, what you are saying, what I want to do is, redirect the visitors to a specific point (anchor) in my page after the purchase so they know where they were before using the add to cart button.

    Thanks again,

    Zeta

What do you mean by “after the purchase”?

    1) After they make the payment for the product?

    or

    2) After they add items to the cart?

#1 would be the common assumption when you say “after the purchase” but that doesn’t make sense. Is that what you really mean?

What version of eStore are you using?

What I meant was after adding items to cart, but I resolved the isssue using just the product link.

Thank you again for your help!
