Cart empties after cancelling at paypal login

When I test buy from cart and go to PayPal, but then decide tom cancel and go back using the link the cart is now empty. How to stop that from happening?

You may have PHP session issues:

Or there is a caching issue. Are you using any caching solutions?

No, not using caching solution. PayPal says its a plugin issue…
