The email doesn’t go to affiliate. That would be a violation of privacy.
The affiliate can view the lead details in their affiliate portal.
Enable the “Show leads/conversions data to affiliates” checkbox from the following interface in the affiliate plugin’s admin:
WP Affiliate -> Manage Leads

Phone number is not a standard field that can be captured at the moment. A contact form comes with the name and email as standard fields. So the plugin is capable of handling those 2 standard fields.
Our plugin is used with many different types of contact forms plugin. None of them has phone number as a standard field. So we need to figure out how we can add an option so it can capture a phone number from contact form but still be relevant to other plugins.
