Cant remove items from shopping cart

If I have 3 of item A in my shopping cart and I try to remove one ite, by pressing the red X the amount doesnt change. Also if i try to add an item by inserting the amount of item A in the cart it doesnt update (I get the message saying “press enter”) but the amount doesnt change after I do.
