Hi, I have another problem. I have four membership levels, the first three are based on times (1-month, 3-month and 12-month), they all have access to all of the information for their specified timelines. I have a fourth membership level that is free and only should have access to three categories of posts for 7 days. When I test the free membership, it lets me access all of the content. What am I doing wrong?
Sometimes when you protect content by category it is really easy to forget which posts are in which category. Do the following:
1) Makes sure that these categories are protected in the “General Protection” first.
2) Then go to one post that you know that should not be viewable by the “Free Membership” level and double check the category this post belongs to. Sometimes you can put a post in multiple categories and then allow one of those categories to be accessible by the “Free membership” which will make this post accessible.
