Can you help me urgently here?

I haven’t been able to use the fancy product display correctly. Please see the page where I’m trying to set up my store – this is a test page FYI.

Okay, I’ve done the following and I keep getting the same results over and over again:

    1) Add the product description using the add/edit product menu

    2) Add the Thumbnail Image URL in the Thumbnail Image URL menu

    3) Enable the lightbox option in the setting menu

    4) Put this code on the product page:

    [wp_eStore_fancy:product_id:2:end] — for product line 1

    [wp_eStore_fancy1 id=2] — for product line 2

The Results? What you see on the page!

For some reason, the thumbnail doesn’t just show up on the page itself. It does show up as the light box thumbnail when the Product Name is clicked.

    Need help ASAP pls!

Can you uncheck the “Smart Thumbnail” option in the settings menu and let me know if you see a difference?

I have a feeling your images links are coming from an external site and the smart thumbnail script do not work for external images. Also, your image URL has spaces in them.. remember, a valid URL should not have space in it. For example, the following is a proper URL

    http://www.example-site.com

    Whereas the following is not:

    http://www.example site.com

Try renaming the image file so it doesn’t have any space in the file name.

    Hi Amin,

Thank you so much for your help! All I needed to do is uncheck the “Smart Thumbnail” option and now the thumbnail show up!

Thank you for your quick response.
