Have setup 2 products for use as tamplates
Have setup product/gallery mapping
no matter what I do it will always use the product id that is defined in the 3rd party integration settings.
Am i missing something basic?
Lets make sure you are actually using the template that you specified in the mapping.
What shortcode are you using on the page to display the gallery?
Which gallery template have you selected in the mapping?

That looks correct. I will have to check some more setup of your site to see what else is missing. I have sent you an email to get access to the site.
I am having the same problem, no matter what I link the product ID to, it does not change it. It is stuck on the first product ID I made and will not switch over to a new one. I know I have everything linked right and spelled correct and labeled at the right spot. It was working just fine during the first of the year.
The only thing I can think of that is different is I updated eStore plugin. I was using the older version of WordPress then I updated to WordPress 3.6.1 hoping that is would fix it but it is still not working right. Other than updating, everything is the same from when it worked last.
Nextgen gallery changed some stuff underneath for this recently which impacted this. We have just updated our eStore NextGen Addon to cater for this. Please update the eStore nextGen addon now and you should be good.
