Can't find the Blacklist Manager Addon Download

I’m looking for this Blacklist Manager addon for eStore, but I can’t find it. It’s not listed on the addons download page.

Hello, is this the same issue for the country blocker addon? I found documentation on the addon, but don’t see it listed in the addon store. I’ve done a search of the forums for information on this, and this was the only thread I could find. With the recent changes regarding VAT tax, I’m considering at least temporarily blocking purchases from people in EU countries, and need to install the addon to be able to do so. Thank you!
