Hello,

I just purchased WP eStore plugib and I am trying to setup a squeeze page form. I am running WordPress 4.8.1 . I installed and activated the WP eStore Stylish Squeeze Form Addon, but it is not showing up anywhere in WordPress. How do I use this addon?
