Can't add more than one downloadable file

Some-one please help!!

I am trying to set up my products and in them there are several downloadable pdf files. I have loaded them all to my site, followed all the directions and when there is only one file- works fine. When I add 2 or more comes back saying the file can’t be accessed on the server. The debug printout says this: FAILURE : Error on fopen and then the file names. Please needing a suggestion asap. Getting frustrated please Thanks so much.

We need to clarify the problem more:

1. This is an eStore problem? You posted this under “General” so we don’t know which plugin you are referring to.
2. Are these regular PDF files, or are you also using the PDF Stamper plugin?
3. Are you trying to “bundle” multiple PDF files into one product, or use separate products for each PDF file?
4. Do you get that error message while you are trying to add the products, when you try to generate download links, or when you try to download the files?
