We’re trying to get the PDF Stamper working on our production server but running into issue activating the plug-in. The following error keeps appearing:

Faulting application php-cgi.exe, version 5.2.6.6, time stamp 0x481ba5bb, faulting module php5.dll, version 5.2.6.6, time stamp 0x481ba5a9, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x000cade7, process id 0x2b24, application start time 0x01cb6b9d826ea66a.

We’ve installed the Minimum Requirement Checker successfully. IonCube decoder and CURL Library are installed and verified. PHP version 5.2.6. Any ideas? Thanks!

Very strange error. I have never seen it before

I have sent you an email to get site access so I can jump on and check it out.
