Cannot update to newest version of eStore

I tried several months ago to download the updated version of eStore, but the request page malfunctioned. I entered my receipt number/transaction number for eStore, but I was emailed the newest version of the affiliate plugin. (I also own that, so it was nice to have the update, but it’s not what I really NEEDED.)

Since then, I have emailed support on several occasions asking for access to the updated file, and I have never received any response. It’s now come to something of a crisis point, as I really NEED the use of the extra shortcodes (which plugin doesn’t work with my out-of-date version of eStore, apparently), but I cannot seem to get access to the update. What do I need to do?

Hi, That means you are not using the correct email. Sometimes user will purchase one product using one email and another with a different email.
