Cannot remove shipping cost from digital product

I cannot remove the shipping cost of $5 from my digital products. I cannot find this amount anywhere. I know I did have it, deleted it, and yet now it shows up … what to do?

The “Item Shipping Cost” field for each of the digital products is blank (not the same as zero)?
