When I try to add a member manually and click “save” it appears to have saved the info. But when I scroll to the top I see a red flag next to the username that says, this field is required. The username and every other field are filled in. the member is not added in the member list. What can I do?
This site is hidden from public view due to development so I cannot provide a link. This issue is in the backend of WordPress, not the front end.
Are you using ANY other page caching plugins?
Are you able to repeat the error, if you use a different browser or computer?
