Can you set up affiliate % commission based on the membership level?

Can you set up affiliate % commission based on the membership level instead of by product. In other words if I have bronze, silver, and platinum, I want bronze to always earns say 10% on any signup option and have silver earn 20% and platinum 33%.

so, if a bronze brings someone and that person purchase a platinum, I want the bronze to earn only the 10% of the platinum member who join. silver will earn 20% of the platinum person he brought etc.

can this be setup?

Nope, can’t setup affiliate commission based on the membership level. If you are using WP eStore then you probably have a different product/payment button for each membership level. So you can set your commission per product and still get the same effect of per level commission.
