Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP Affiliate Platform › Can You Remove Sign Up Button from Affiliate Portal
We are not planning to allow anyone to sign up directly to be an affiliate. I’ve checked the box indicating that visitors can’t sign up, but the Sign Up button still appears on the Affiliate Portal page. Is there any way to hide that if you check the box saying you don’t want visitors to be able to sign up?
Thanks.
If the “Do Not Allow Visitors to Signup” option is enabled; the signup form should not be displayed. Are you using any kind of page caching plugin?
Yes, WP Super Cache. I made the change to the WP Super Cache settings as directed in the WP Affiliate documentation. I also tried deleting cache and reloading the affiliate portal page and the sign up page still shows up. I also opened a different browser and went to the portal page and it’s still displaying the sign up button. I do get a message saying signup is disabled, so it recognizes that I’ve turned it off.
There seems to be conflict happening on with this plugin on your site. I have sent you an email.
