Can you change the auto-responder list based on variation?

Is it possible to set different auto-responder list sign ups in Mailchimp based on the product variation chosen? Super easy to set up different digital product downloads based on variation, but I’m not seeing how to do the same for auto-responders. Let me know if it’s possible.

Hi, no the the autoresponder list signup can be done only based on product or globally (for all products).

Ok gotcha. My client wants to be able to sign her customers up to a specific Mailchimp mailing list based on which product variation they choose. Her product variations are for the 4 seasons and she has 4 Mailchimp lists, one for each season.

Right now we have 5 “add to cart” boxes on the page and we think having all of those $299 prices in your face is not as good as just one box with the price. We’d like to have just one box with a drop down and have it sign up to the right Mailchimp list based on the chosen product variation.

Can you think of any way for us to accomplish this? Could I modify or hook into the code in these plugin files? /wp-cart-for-digital-products/lib/auto-responder/eStore_MCAPI.class.php or MCAPI.class.php files

You can hide the price amount from displaying in the box if thats the main concern.
