Can Pages Automatically Created When eStore is installed be replaced?

I purchased one of the multiple plugin packs and was overwhelmed by the amount of new learning I had to do, so I asked for and was issued a refund.

However, I have discovered that the software I have with a developers license and have used on my other sites for the past umpteen years will not do what your recommended bundle is said to do. So, I have repurchased and reinstalled the plugins.

But, while I were trying to get my old software to work, I think I deleted some pages that were created by WP eStore, WP eMember and WP Affiliate.

Since after reinstalling the plugins, I do not see some of the pages I deleted, can you tell me what pages are created by the plugins, and how to regenerate them so that the plugins will recognize them?

eStore needs only one page which will will re-create when you re-activate the plugin (if that page doesn’t exist already).
