Can not set General Protection

Hi, when I want to set the General Protection checkbox for any subject – Page, Category, … I check its button, press the Set Protection button but after the reload, there is no chceckbox checked and there is a red sign in the upper part of the page saying Nothing to update. The other membership levels work fine. Only the General Protection can not be set.

Can you please help me with this?

I also want to add that I always find one membership level that I have not created. It is called Content Protection. Sometimes there are two. When I delete them, it is back in soon.

I have tried to switch the theme, to switch off all the plugins, nothing helped.

I am not sure what to do next.

Can you please get a fresh build of eMember from here and let me know if you see a difference?

I now think it was not eMember. There is one plugin that has been released in quite raw state and killed many webs including mine. I reinstalled everything and eMember works like charm.
