Can I use Western Union with Manual Checkout?

If I can, do I just fill out the instructions I would like the customer to follow to use Western Union? I tried to test this but after the customer chose manual, it went to the page for me to fill out manually but did not send any emails to my website email address or my email addy for the test. Shouldn’t I(the test subject) be receiving emails with directions? Thanks in advance for the help

Yes, You can simply tell them what to do in the “Directions for the Customer” field of the manual checkout settings. Please enable debug and do a test transaction with the manual checkout so we can see what is going on.
