Can I skip registration email and just have member reg. after payt?

Is it possible to skip the “complete your registration process” email and just have the member redirected to the registration page after payment is successful? This way, a new member can join us in one easy process. No need for the extra step with an email. We are not using eStore, just eMember.

The reason for the email registration link, is that after the payment is processed; there can be a delay of up to several minutes; before eMember is told the payment was successful, via the IPN notification. 70% of the time, the delay is negligible, but 30% of the time, the user might be waiting several minutes for the payment approval to be processed. The delay is caused by a combination of Internet traffic delays and payment processing delays.

Alternatively, you can use the free membership signup process; in which members first register for a free account and then upgrade to a paid account. In this scenario, the member makes their payment last, and then; when the payment is approved, eMember silently upgrades their free account, to the selected paid level.
