Can I sell access to specific posts or pages

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to sell access to specific pages or posts like you can with s2 member? I have a post that I would like to sell access to without users having to become a member. My members would get access to the post, and customers can buy access to the post without a membership. Is this possible?

I read the documentation and I tried putting the short code into a post, but when viewing the post live I can see the opening and closing shortcodes and all info in between them. Please help!
