Hi there
I would like to create a thankyou page for when someone has used a squeeze form to download my free ebook.
The free product is a lead magnet, so I want their email addresses, hence the squeeze form rather than just having the product plus a ‘download now’ button (as seemed to be suggested when I was searching the forum on this topic).
The reasons for wanting to create a thankyou page are:
a) currently it’s not very obvious that the form has been submitted – there’s just a small line of text appears under the form, but it’s not always visible/clearly obvious.
b) I’d like to optimise the thankyou page with social share buttons and other incentives
Many thanks,
Helen
Hi again,
Sorry, forgot to say in my query just now about a thankyou page after someone has filled in a squeeze form.
What I actually would like is to be able to have separate thank you pages for my different products. I have created a thankyou page for my paid product (online course) which has instructions specific to that product, and have used that as the redirect page from Paypal when the transaction is complete.
But would like opt ins to my free products to get their own thankyou pages.
Cheers,
Helen
Hi Helen, Yes you can redirect a user to a thank you page after he fills in the squeeze form. You can redirect to different thank you pages for different products also.
Edit the eStore product in question and specify the “Redirect to” URL in the following area of this product:
Buy Now or Subscription Type Button Specific Settings -> Return URL
When a user fills in the squeeze form for this product, he/she will get sent to the URL you specify in the above mentioned field.
