Can I Make Product Specific Instructions Bold, Underlined, or Larger Text?

I’d like to spruce up my Product Specific Instructions for my customers, making some text bold, some underlined, some larger sized.

How do I do this?

Have you tried hard coding HTML tags into the text? You will need to enable the HTML email option from the settings menu also.
