Can I keep sold items in inventory/gallery but mark them as "SOLD"?

Hi,

I sell jewelry items, and they are all one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry, so my inventory for each product is just 1 item. Is it possible to have all the items show up in the store or gallery, but have the items that have already sold show up labeled “SOLD” instead of showing the “add to cart” button? I would like my customers to be able to see all the items even though some of them are already sold, because sometimes seeing the photos of the sold items gives the customers more ideas for placing an order for a custom-designed piece of jewelry.

Hi Kristen, Yes this is possible. You can specify the amount you want to sell (1) in the “Add/Edit products menu” under “Inventory Control”.

Then in the main “Setting Menu” of the eStore you can add an image in the “Sold Out Image” setting under “General Settings”.
