Can I edit default Available Copies?

We are a retail store, so we are almost always going to have 1 Available Copies, but the default is set to unlimited if you leave it blank. Is there a way to change this default to 1 instead of unlimited?

You can’t set that value to 1 when you configure the product?

It requires a custom code change to the eStore_product_management.php file.
