Can I download my sales from photo seller store using CSV file? If the answer is yes you can probably disregard the rest of this post. If not, can I use the affliate plug in to track comissions. I have photographers who are entitled to comissions for sales from their galleries. Since they are not affiliates I would just need to manually assign them as an “affiliate” due commissions. I would also like to pay a portion of sales from a specific gallery to the organization “school” that sponsored our photo shoot. Thanks.
September 14, 2018 at 4:43 am #78529adminKeymasterYou can download this using PHPMYAdmin from cPanel. The following general tutorial on this topic maybe helpful to learn this tool:
However, what you are trying to do should not be done like that (in my opinion). If you want to offer commission for sales, you really need to use a plugin like the following and let it track everything:
September 18, 2018 at 4:22 pm #78530CathyMemberThank you for your reply. I have a question regarding your affiliate addon. My customer is taking sports photos for schools and local sports leagues. He needs to hire students to be photographers and pay them comissions on photos sold from their galleries. He would also like to offer organizations such as sports leagues and schools a comission on photos that are sold to their members. He is not going to be creating these relationships from his website in the beginning. So the main question is he able to manually add photographers and organizations and will there be a dashboard for each individual photographer and organization to view and track their comissions on the website?

October 8, 2018 at 8:10 pm #78532CathyMemberOne follow up question please. I have purchased the affiliate plug in as you suggested in your earlier reply. How do I connect a specific photographer (affiliate) to a specific gallery when it is uploaded? Is there a place where I can embed the photographers (affiliates) username to the gallery?
October 9, 2018 at 3:55 am #78533adminKeymasterNo no. You don’t connect any affiliate to any gallery. Your affiliates simply send visitors to your gallery. Whenever a customer buys an item, the appropriate affiliate (who sent that customer) will get commission.
Please read the documentation one by one from the following area to get a good understanding of how an affiliate plugin works (watch the video tutorials too). That will be very helpful for you:
