Photo Seller – Can Delivery Status be manually set?

Hello,

In the orders section of the plugin, as soon as the client pays the order is marked complete in both “Payment” and “Delivery Status”. We don’t let clients download the files from the server, we keep the large final photos for sale on the computer and as soon as the payment is made they are manually sent to the customer. However, because of our sales model, we need the “Delivery Status” to not be set to “complete” but should remain as “incomplete until we manually change it to complete. Can this be done? Let me know.

There is a setting in the “Payment Gateway Settings” page called “Process manual checkout as if the payment was complete”.

Ensure that this is unchecked and it should achieve what you want.

Hi, I checked and it’s always been unchecked. I have toggled the setting on/off and kept it off to see if that makes it work. If it dones’t I’ll let you know…
