Can an option be created to send reminder emails a week before subscription

I would like an option to have estore send out reminder emails to a subscriber. Estore already has all the data it needs to know when a subscription payment is due so I would think it would be pretty simple to add the ability to have the subscriber notified a week before just so they know.

Is this possible? If not, would it be possible if the development were funded?

Is this subscription for a membership (for example, using the payment for eMember)?

no it is for services but when the subscription is yearly it would be nice to notify my customers that they payment will be processed in case they have forgotten.

I have read that there is a way to do that with emember but I am not using emember.

Will there be a way to do that with estore only?

eStore doesn’t do any user management operation so it currently doesn’t have an architecture to handle this.
