Hi there,
I need the content of the C7 form to be sent to the affiliate via e-mail. My affiliates need to follow up with clients based on the information the client has submitted. Right now they only get an e-mail address and name in their back office so they have to start the process all over (i.e. call the client and ask all the questions that they completed on the form already). If the affiliate got the information from the form that was submitted they could assess the clients situation briefly which will help them make a quick decision on where to refer the client to for further action.
Is this possible at all?
Who gets the email from the submission of a C7 Contact form is something you configure in the contact form 7 plugin. This is not something controlled by the affiliate plugin. The affiliate plugin simply captures the lead for you.
With that said, you (the admin) is the one who does the selling. Affiliates only refer you the leads/traffic and get paid for it. So I am not sure about your setup… why would you want your affiliates to get the lead/potential customer details?
