Buyers Not Getting Download Links

Hi, When buyers make a purchase, I receive an email notification from eStore and from Paypal. However, my buyers are not receiving the follow up email with their encrypted links. I installed a new version of the plugin and tested the purchase process myself this morning. I did not receive an email either. I have read the forum questions about this topic and it sounds like my emails are not being sent because they are coming from my [business@gmail.com] address. I don’t have any other email address for my business so is the problem unfixable?

Did you get an email account, with your hosting package; that matches your site’s domain name?

No – an email account did not come with my hosting package.

You can make one from cPanel. Add a an email forwarder like the following:

[sales@yourdomain.com] forwards to [business@gmail.com]

Now, you can use that sales email as the from email address value.
