Button Redirect Target URL Mod?

Regarding the button redirect target url feature, is there any way to modify it so that it ADDS THE PRODUCT TO THE CART, but still redirects to my specified target URL?

You should be able to do that easily if you use the following feature (it allows you to add item to the cart via a URL):

You will use that URL (which goes to a certain URL and adds item to the cart) in the “Button Redirect Target URL” field of the product.
