Blocking international orders for shippable products

Is it possible to block individual products from being ordered by non-US customers? We’d like them to still be able to order e-books but not print books (because the shipping is too difficult and has caused us significant financial losses in the past).

I had Paypal set to block non-US payments when we had a separate e-book system but now with WP eStore, Paypal also blocks them from buying e-books if I use this setting so I had to disable it…

I’d appreciate any suggestions.

The eStore does not have an option for this. The only work around I can think of for this (without having it custom coded)is to put a note on your page that says Hardcover books will not be shipped outside of the United States.

OK… Bummer. We already have that notice, but they order anyway and it requires manual intervention to undo them. Our goal was to automate more and reduce manual intervention…
