When pressing “add to cart” button (any of them), I’m redirected to a blank white screen. This is a new problem as I was using the plugin successfully in the past. The site is http://ice-hockey-training.com. Please let me know what other information you need from me and thanks in advance for your help!

Did this start to happen after a plugin upgrade?

The symptom looks like you were nearly at the limit of your servers RAM member and adding an item is pushing the memory usage above the limit so WordPress is unable to display anything. Can you please deactivate a few currently active plugins to free up some RAM memory then try the add to cart and let me know if it still happens?

Note: When I say the RAM memory this is not your hard disk space (I know you have a lot of hard disk space which is not the issue)

I’m not exactly sure when exactly it started. I know I added a few new plugins for security reasons a few months back, but everything was working fine until the last month or so. I deactivated 3 plugins and I’m still having the same problem. Any insight?

Can you please do the plugin conflict test mentioned here and let me know what you find?

I deactivated the only two plug-ins on the danger list and still no change.

You have checked the “Automatic redirection to checkout page” field but you did NOT specify a value in the “Checkout Page” field so the plugin doesn’t know where to redirect to. Please correct this mistake in the settings configuration.
