After my customers complete checkout, they receive the bitly download link to my PDF.
This went smooth until recently my customers are clicking the link and the bitly page is now showing a bunch of non-sensical code.
Here is the bitly link my last customer used:

I recently had development work done on the site and the cart was edited but the checkout process itself seems to be working.

The download link was momentarily working but now is not.
Test the download without the link shortener option just to isolate if the issue is coming from there.
