Bitcoin via Bitpay Payment Gateway – not showing as a frontend payment option

Hi. I’ve installed the addon “Bitcoin via Bitpay Payment Gateway” for eStore and configured it with an API key and enabled it. Updated. But on the frontend’s checkout page, this payment option doesn’t appear (alongside paypal). I’ve changed the theme to an out-of-the-box wordpress theme and it’s the same.

Any suggestions?

I’ve double checked the API Key.

Hi, Have you enabled “Use Multiple Payment Gateways” option in the eStore Settings (WP eStore->Settings->Payment Gateway Settings)?

Hi, yes I’ve enabled “Use Multiple Payment Gateways” – the drop down box appears and is clickable, but only PayPal is listed in it.

Sorry, all the steps in the tutorial have been completed. I realise there isn’t much to go on. I hoped it maybe be a known issue, known conflicts with other plugins or something elsewhere that needs looking at. If not I may need to just get in and debug it. But if you think of anything then I’m all ears.
