Tagged: BCC admin, email, email notification, Expiry
I have searched the forum and cannot seem to find an answer to this. I would like to know if expiration emails are being sent. Is there a way I can add a bcc to each notification sent? I want to be able to confirm these are getting sent and to whom they are going out to. I know expiration emails are sent in bulk, but I would like to know who they are getting sent to and when. Or at least know they are in fact going out. How can I achieve this?
Hi, There is no option to add a BCC email address for expiry notification. However, you can enable debug and check the debug log to confirm that the emails are getting sent.
The debug log file (eMember_debug_cronjob.log
) will have more information on this. If you don’t have it enabled already please check the “Enable Debug” option in the eMember General Settings. After you enable it, wait for a day then check the debug data.
okay thanks.
