Base shipping cost not added to shopping cart

I don’t know what went wrong here. This was working fine until a removed the shipping charges for individual items. Now I don’t get any shipping costs at all. I have $5 entered in the “Base Shipping Costs” field. Is there something else I have to do?

Hi, You need to have a shipping cost for each product for it to trigger the shipping (this has to do with PayPal). The best way to do this is to put “.001” for the shipping cost of an individual item. When you do this it does not change the price of the item but will trigger the shipping.
